In the context of our growth, we are looking for a Trilingual Legal Professional (Mandarin, English and French) with a license to practice in China, for a position located in Rennes, France.

With a real ability to work independently and using the utmost rigor in contacts with our offices in Asia, you will follow our cases for appropriating IP rights, exercising these rights and litigation in Asia, and notably in China.

You will carry out preliminary research for all actions and/or filing directly in China, follow the procedure concerning the registration of IP rights and will be in direct contact with our customers based in France and/or abroad.

You speak fluent French, English and Mandarin (ideally your native language), notions of Cantonese would be appreciated.
Dual training in Chinese law and French law with a specialization in intellectual property (more particularly in trademark law) and the capacity to practice the profession of lawyer in China would be appreciated.
Priority will be given to applicants with at least 2 years' experience in the field.
